Took the family to the Alliance location for dinner last week for the first time and it was so good! Best queso ever! Perhaps even better than the food was the service we received from Victoria! This young lady was so helpful and friendly and was able to answer the many questions we had about the menu and recommended some great tacos! Victoria seems to really enjoy her job and definitely makes customers WANT to come back. Whatever Torchys is paying her, it’s not enough! Employees like her are not something you see everyday!! Thank you Torchys AND Victoria for a great evening!!
I had always heard good things about this restaurant but had never gone. So glad I finally stopped in. This was one of the best tacos I’ve had! What a wonderful flavor combination! Yum! Fresh ingredients, super yummy food, clean establishment, and wonderfully helpful staff.
Heather is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome with her warm smile and upbeat energy. She went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and even gave great recommendations when we couldn’t decide what to try. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customer experience, and it made our visit that much better. Torchy’s is lucky to have her—thank you, Heather, for the outstanding service! We’ll definitely be back!
My experience was awesome. I was helped by Hispanic girl by the name of Patricia that girl knew the whole menu from top to bottom. It helps When you’re familiar with the menu, the experience was amazing. It’s become one of my favorite places thank you Patricia. I tell everyone about this place. It is pretty awesome.!!! Torch is at Alliance is the best. Great food, excellent service and atmosphere. Lexus is a great manager, she has the store running with excellence. She was serving everyone with great attitude and making everyone feel like they were the most importantly table! Thank you Lexus!!! DM
Charlie provided the best experience we’ve ever received at torchys. he was extremely friendly as soon as we got here and didn’t fall short to check on us! definitely will be coming back here because of him!
Went with my kiddo for the first time today. The staffs are so friendly and heart warming. The food is also great! The fried chicken was tender and juicy. Their fruit drink was so delicious and refreshing. Taco is always my favorite food and now this restaurant is on my list for recommendations now!!
We were greeted at our table and given excellent service. Our server even had suggestions for us based on other items we enjoyed. The restaurant felt clean and it was busy but not overly noisy. Torchy's is always good but this location was a step above the rest.
